Following up on the recent post on pool size, we thought
we’d poll readers on the very practical
question of how they store their libraries. I’ve heard some vigorous debates,
so it will be interesting to see the results. Please vote on the right side of
the page. Also, please note that this question refers to working libraries as
opposed to master stocks.

Since you're asking about storage of the compound, how about adding a poll asking about the concentration of the stock solution and the solvent (DMSO, methanol, aqueous)?
The atmosphere is important as well, Air or inert, N2, Ar...
I would also be interested to know how frequently people QC their master plates, how they store the main supply (dry or in soln), and so on. I don't think people will be as forthcoming with that information.
30 mM non deuterated DMSO stock solutions, inert gas, sealed plates. QC once ever two years. Keep solid on hand to create new plates as necessary. This works well for both SPR and NMR screening.
100 mM in DMSO-d6, inert gas (N2), sealed plates. Have solids on hand to create new plates. Works for thermal shift, NMR, SPR and FP. QC once every two years
